AIR SOURCE
HEAT PUMPS
As part of the Future Homes Standard, natural gas boilers will be banned in new build homes from 2027. It will then be mandatory to fit low-carbon heating systems in new buildings, like air source heat pumps.
We were early adopters of this technology and have been accredited to install air source heat pumps since 2010, the year we installed our first pump. Since then, we’ve installed hundreds of pumps in new housing developments and in commercial settings.
We undertook a major training programme for 40 members of our team, all of whom gained new industry accreditations from the British Plumbing Employers Council (BPEC), OFTEC and LCL that allow them to safely undertake work on these advanced energy systems.
We are also Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) accredited for the installation of heat pumps, solar PV and Electrical Energy Storage Systems (EESS).

ELECTRICAL
As a NICEIC registered company, our work across the North East of England encompasses new installations on housing and commercial developments, rewires on existing properties, electrical heating, telecoms and entertainment systems, lighting systems, lighting protection, smart home systems and street lighting.
We provide certification services for electrical systems, periodic inspections, Electrical Installation Condition Reports and PAT testing.

REFURBISHMENT
We offer a full range of refurbishment services to a variety of clients, including local authorities, housing associations and private companies or residences. We have a long and proud history of completing refurbishments.
Our services include one-day heating replacement systems, kitchen and bathroom replacements, full and partial re-wires and lead work refurbishments.

MAINTENANCE
We have a dedicated maintenance division who are on hand to repair and service plumbing, heating, electrical and green energy systems. Our Customer Care Teams are on 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
This gives us the capability and expertise to respond to customers’ needs quickly, efficiently and with the minimum of fuss.

RENEWABLES
We are vastly experienced in the installation of air source heat pumps and have also been installing solar PV panels for many years. We are Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) accredited for the installation of solar PV, Electrical Energy Storage Systems (EESS) and air source heat pumps.
Another area of expertise is the installation of EV Car Charge Points (EVCPs). We have installed numerous EVCPs on new housing developments as well as completing installations on commercial premises and places such as the North East Business and Innovation Centre (BIC) in Sunderland.
We are an Office for Zero Emission Vehicles-approved installer, with our expert teams specifying the charging infrastructure chosen to meet each client’s needs.
We install Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR) – a system used in buildings to provide ventilation while recovering heat that would otherwise be lost, helping reduce the demand for additional heating.
We install wastewater heat recovery systems (WWHRS). This innovative technology reuses the heat from shower or bath. This recovered heat is then used to preheat incoming cold water, improving energy efficiency in heating systems.
